The Race Committee, at the end of Leg 2, signaled a change of the next leg of the course (30 degrees left and extend from 0.7 to 0.85 nm). The first several boats did not notice the signal or hear the sound signals. |
The race committee properly changed the course and signaled the change under rules 33 and Sailing Instruction 11. There is no improper action or omission on the part of the race committee. Redress is denied under rule 62.1.
