There was no boat to leeward so we we able to clear the line quickly. My eyes were fixed on the RC officer holding the IR flag, as we cleared the line his back was to the start line and he was not looking. He did not lower the IR for twenty seconds. In fact he didn’t lower it until I hailed the RC asking if I was clear.	Redress granted. POSTED: Mar 21, 20:44
