The Protest Committee found that Rebel Yell violated RRS 12 and RRS 14(b). Neither yacht violated RRS 41 (b).
Rebel Yell is disqualified in accordance with RRS 64.1.
Pat Donnelly represented Rebel Yell. Bonnie Schloss represented Insatiable. Neither yacht provided other witnesses. A written copy of the findings of the Protest Committee have been e-mailed to the skippers of Insatiable and Rebel Yell
