Borton (28713 - French Kiss) admitted fault. In gusty conditions, rounded up and accidentally tacked from stbd. to port. In so doing collided (T-Bone) with 43-Maxine (on stbd tack), causing significant damage to both vessels. 43 protested promptly and retired immediately. 28713 took penalty turn having misread rule 44.1(b) and did not retire until after finishing.		 for Maxine (Sail 43) upon admission by Borton and acceptance of fault - protest not contested - decided in favor of Maxine. 28713 scored as retired.
