Invitation: CYC extends an invitation to all interested skippers and crew to participate in a "for fun" race series on the Columbia River between the I-5 and I-205 bridges.
 
Eligibility: Entrants must comply with the insurance provisions as specified in the OCSA course book.  PHRF ratings are required for boats in the "scoring" classes.  Boats must be registered to participate.
 
Dates and Times: Races are every Sunday, starting October 14th 2018, with the last race on March 3rd 2019.  There will be no races November 26th, December 23th or 30st.

    1. The time limit is 3 hours. Boats not finished by the time limit will be scored DNF. This modifies RRS 35. 2. All competitors are encouraged to check in with the Race Committee (RC) prior to the start. 3. If a protest is necessary, the protesting party will follow procedures outlined at Sail PDX.com.
