This junior regatta will consist of two days of racing. The Commonwealth of Virginia Championship will not be a sanctioned for CBYRA High Point event in 2020. This event is for Optimist Green, Optimist RWB, Laser Radial Club 420 and International 420 classes. There are max caps on each fleet.
