For its 5th edition, CODA is once again partnering with the Hudson Yacht Club to host the Lemon-Lime Clinic, a unique early-season training camp for Optimist coaches (Friday to Sunday) and sailors with basic sailing experience* (Saturday and Sunday). CODA membership is mandatory. Through focused Opti drills, tuning and coaching, participants will learn from experienced coaches and sailors while training alongside athletes from multiple clubs in a positive and welcoming environment.
*CANSail level 2 is required. However, athletes with a CANSail level 1 may register if they have extensive sailing experience. The athlete's coach must confirm with the organisation before registration can proceed.
