INVITATION: SYSCO and Columbia Crossings invite all boat skippers of
one-design, level and cruising class fleets to compete on the Columbia River.
The regatta will be a benefit for Columbia Riverkeepers.
DESCRIPTION: This is a one-day regatta consisting of one or more races.
ELIGIBILITY AND INSTRUCTIONS:A minimum of three boats will
be required to constitute a level fleet or one-design class. PHRF ratings are
not required. Reference the SYSCO Fleet List contained in this OCSA Racebook
for current designations of level fleets and one-design subclasses. The regatta
will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing and the OCSA General Sailing
Instructions. The OCSA General Sailing Instructions & Courses will be used,
and are available in the OCSA Racebook
