The Midwest Cressy Qualifier is an elimination event for the 2013 ISSA National High School Championship "Cressy Trophy." The regatta will be governed by the 2009-2012 Racing Rules of Sailing, the prescriptions of US Sailing, the rules of the Laser Class, the ISSA Procedural Rules, the Notice of Race, and the Sailing Instructions. The top two finishers in the Laser Standard Division & the top two finishers in the Laser Radial Division will qualify for the 2013 ISSA High School Championship for the Cressy Trophy in their respective divisions.
