Notice of Redress Hearing
KISS Summer II Series, Race 1, June 28, 2022, Spinnaker Fleet. A redress hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 7 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom address will be sent to the judges, parties, and their witnesses. Parties, when you receive the Zoom address, please forward the address to your witnesses.
Dark Star requests redress, alleging that there was insufficient water at windmard mark C9 that prevented Dark Star from rounding the mark.
Redress may affect the scores of boats in the Spinnaker Fleet in Race 1 and the Summer II series. Any boat in the Spinnaker Fleet may request to become a party and attend the hearing. If you want to become a party and attend the hearing, send an email to officers@discsailing.org and we will send you the Zoom address.
