The 2020 Carolina Keelboat One Design Regatta is being held with several modifications due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Lake Norman Yacht Club will adhere to the CDC, State of North Carolina, and local guidelines at all times during this event.  Please review the “LNYC Coronavirus Phase 2.5 Reopening Protocol” which can be found on the document page of the regatta website. Safety precautions, such as social distancing, frequent hand washing and the use of a face mask especially when on land, should always be followed.  The safety of our members, guests and staff are the driving force for the modifications to this annual event.  

All participants must sign the “Covid-19 Release Statement” prior to competing in the regatta. Please note there will be NO on-site registration, check-in, competitors’ meeting or organized dinner.  Be sure to register online with your correct sail number and email address.  Regatta scoring and protest hearings will be done remotely to ensure safety.
