    Skippers: The PYC Dave Mowers Memorial Regatta's start time has been pushed to 13:30:00 to take advantage of an outgoing tide at the start and a turn of the tide at the finish in front of the Portsmouth Yacht Club. We will have the Skippers Meeting at 09:30:00 at the Portsmouth Yacht Club, coffee and breakfast treats will be served. All yachts that are planning on participating in the final race of the season are encouraged to send a representative to the Skippers Meeting to receive course information and the pursuit race scratch sheet. The Awards Giving Social will be held on Sunday September 19th at the UNH Pavilion at the USCG Station New Castle. We will also be handing out last years Commodores Cup Series Plaque as well as crowning this years Series winners with an inscribed bottle of Rumson's Spice Rum.
